About Xabier Ugarte
Xabier Ugarte is the Chief Engineer Motorsport at TMD Performance GmbH, responsible for the technical management of customer projects and track support at application engineering level. Graduated MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Xabier has contributed to global companies in the automotive industry and motorsport engineering. During his years in the branch at factory and track roles, he has combined the experience on factory-based development roles with race engineering on track. Having worked as track engineer for race teams over different categories, and after being part of the technical department of BMW F1 in 2008-2009, Xabier worked at AVL for about 5 years as development engineer in the field of high performance projects for OEMs before joining TMD Performance GmbH. This company is responsible for the development, marketing and commercialization of PAGID Racing brake products
