The Lithuanian Society of Automotive Engineers goals are:

• Promotion of professional, social, economical and working interests of its members

• Advancement of the professional skill and ethical level of its members, stimulation of their desire for widening of their professional knowledge

• Development of automotive industry, science and education in the field of automobile engineering and transport system

• Permanent support to students , young engineers and scientists

• Development and improvement of the collaboration with similar societies

• Stimulation of creation of new legal regulations, norms and standards, renewal and evaluation of the existing ones, presentation of the corresponding State institutions

• To promote a development of automotive industry, science and education in the field of automobile engineering and transport system
