On a scale of 1-10, how likely is it that your country could meet a target of achieving net zero from road transport by 2050, where 1 is ‘Definitely will not’ and 10 is ‘Definitely will’?

Net zero is defined by the UN as cutting greenhouse gas emissions to as close to zero as possible, with any remaining emissions re-absorbed from the atmosphere, by oceans and forests for instance.

Question 2

On a scale of 1-10, how important will the following factors be in reducing emissions from road transport in your country in the next ten years, where 1 is ‘Not at all important’ and 10 is ‘Very important’?

National policy to slow down the emissions of road transport as a priority for the government (annual objectives, etc…)
Promotion of alternatives to individual use of automobile (remote working, public transports, mobility on demand, car-pooling, etc…)
Freight and logistic
Mini/micro-mobility (infrastructure for bicycle dedicated lanes, etc…)
Subsidies for transition to zero emission vehicles
Availability of suitable vehicle types to replace existing combustion engine-powered vehicle types
Availability of charging / refueling infrastructure

(Vision Zero is a systemic approach to road safety guided by the principle that deaths and serious injuries are not acceptable from the use of road transport).

On a scale of 1-10, how important will the following factors be in making progress towards Vision Zero in your country in the next ten years, where 1 is ‘Not at all important’ and 10 is ‘Very important’?
