Xinjie Zhang is a professor and deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Automotive Dynamics and Control at Jilin University, China. He got his PhD from Jilin University in 2011 and has been a visiting PhD researcher at the Center for Vehicle Systems and Safety of Virginia Tech from 2009 to 2011 and took one-year research sabbatical at the Center for Automotive Research of the Ohio State University from 2017 to 2018. His research focuses on Vehicle System Dynamics and Control, Smart Mobility Testing and Evaluation, and serves as Executive Associate Editor-in-Chief for Automotive Innovation, and Associate Editor for Journal of Vibration and Control, Stability, and NVH.
