Pietro has been working in the brake industry for 20 years, and he is currently a technical specialist in the ITT Friction Technologies Italian HQs, in charge of advanced friction developments.

Since 2002, he worked in the R&D Department, as Head of the Chemical Laboratories, then as NAO compounder and later as NAO Product Development Manager (from 2012 until 2016). 

In 2017 he moved to the ITT NA Technical Center, in Novi (Michigan), where he has been in charge of the NA R&D activities and strategies (Product Development, testing and NVH), leaving NA in July 2023, as R&D Director.

Pietro holds a MS degree in Industrial Chemistry, from the Turin (ITA) University.
