Norbert Asen MBA Ing., President & CEO of MACH ROTEC, is pioneer and founder of worldwide used CARBON grinding wheel technology based on patented technology. After his degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA degree he worked for 15 years as head of Production and Industrial Engineering in worldwide plants.

MACH ROTEC has been founded in 2007 and established as long lasting partner and innovator in grinding technologies for the worldwide automotive industry by Norbert Asen.

Norbert Asen has started development for trendsetting brake grinding technology early 2022 and will present all findings and developments in grinding of hard-coated brakes in his lecture.
