Degree in Physical sciences (University of Barcelona), with training in atmospheric modeling (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and in atmospheric chemistry (UNED). Within the program of the European Social Fund, master’s degree in environment and energy (Catalan Institute of Technology), with training in public leadership (IESE) and in public-private partnership (ESADE). 

More than 25 years working in the field of energy and its impacts on the atmosphere. Member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Board of the Fundación Renovables; member of the Academic Council of the Business Association for the Promotion of the electric vehicle AEDIVE and member of the Governing Council of the renewable energy cooperative Som Energia. 

Between 2011 and 2016 general directorate of Environmental Quality and in the period 2016-2018 directorate of the Catalan Energy Institute of the Catalan Government and President of ENERAGEN (Asociación de Agencias Españolas de Gestión de la Energía) and Vice-president energy efficiency section at FEDARENE (European Federation of Agencies and Regions for Energy and the Environment). Since 2021 is General director of Energy in the Catalan Government.
