FISITA, the international federation for the automotive mobility engineering profession, welcomes global technology and consulting company IBM as a corporate member to its Honorary Committee.
IBM joins 60 other leading organisations from many of the most influential companies within the global automotive mobility industry as part of the FISITA Honorary Committee. The select group works with FISITA in support of its mission to advance automotive engineering technology, mobility solutions and promote the global professional development of engineers.
Chris Mason, FISITA CEO, said: “We are thrilled to welcome IBM to the prestigious corporate membership of FISITA’s Honorary Committee, made up of leading international experts who drive collaboration and technical advancement within the industry.

Honorary Committee members are exclusively invited to attend and contribute towards FISITA’s global events and activities, and take the lead in developing and delivering the by-invitation technical leaders event, the World Automotive Summit.
An exclusive Industry Committee was recently announced, which will comprise of corporate members from FISITA’s Honorary Committee. Members will collaborate regularly and develop initiatives and processes to support the development of mobility solutions for today and the future.
