- Mr. Xu graduated from Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology, Dept of Iron and Steel Metallurgy, in 1982 and received his master degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a doctorate degree in engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology respectively since 1996.
