About this course
Developed in collaboration with industry, this course seeks to equip graduates to move rapidly from a supervisory or technical role to a managerial one. Students gain knowledge and skills across a broad range of technologies including manufacturing, planning and scheduling, project management and total quality engineering. Emphasis is also given to the development of interpersonal, team-building and networking skills. The School has invested in a range of new industrial software to support the course including simulation and modelling packages and a finite scheduling system.
