World Automotive Congress
The FISITA World Automotive Congress is the world's premier conference on vehicle engineering and technology.
The first FISITA Congress was organised in Paris in 1947. Since then, this biennial gathering of the world's top engineers, scientists and industry leaders has become synonymous with the very latest and most important advances in automotive design, research, development and production.
The most recent FISITA congress, held in Munich, Germany, attracted over 1,800 delegates from 42 countries. More than 400 technical papers were presented and 100 leading automotive companies took part in the accompanying exhibition.
The 33rd FISITA World Automotive Congress will take place in Budapest, Hungary from 30 May - 4 June 2010 - hosted by GTE- the Hungarian Scientific Society of Mechanical Engineering.
The FISITA 2010 Scientific & Technical Committee is inviting abstracts for technical papers on any of the following congress themes:
- Environmentally friendly vehicles
- Vehicle design and development
- Test, simulation and calculation methods of vehicles and components
- Safety on roads
- Intelligent systems in road traffic
- Buses, trucks and heavy vehicles
- Vehicle standards, regulations, legislation
- Efficient production and operation of vehicles and components
